INFORMATION FOR THE NEW SARS-CoV-2 |
Precautions for the public
According to the available scientific data on the infection from the new corona virus SARS-CoV-2, it is necessary to systematically implement all measures to prevent the transmission and spread of the new corona virus, with an emphasis on the following:
WHAT WE MUST DO:
- We wash our hands regularly and thoroughly with soap and water or an alcoholic solution and avoid contact of the hands with the face (eyes, nose, mouth).
- Cover the cough or sneeze with a paper towel which we discard immediately in the trash. If this is not available, cover with the inside of the elbow.
- If we show mild symptoms of a respiratory infection (cough, runny nose, fever ≤ 37.6 ° C, sore throat) we remain at the room in solitary confinement and monitor our health. We inform the manager about it and the manager informs the doctor about the symptoms.
- In case of worsening symptoms or when mild symptoms persist for more than 5 days or if we belong to a vulnerable group (elderly people, people of any age with chronic underlying diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular and chronic respiratory diseases, hypertension, immunodeficiency) we contact a doctor immediately for evaluation, through the reception.
- If we take medication, we comply with the instructions of the treating physicians.
- We request at the manager if we want our room to be cleaned from the cleaning lady with our responsibility as the covid-19 hygiene rules ask us to not let the housekeeping to enter our room while we are staying in.
- If we request the housekeeping to clean our room we must let balcony door and windows open in order to let fresh air come in and have the air-conditioning off when she is in.
- If we want new towels and linen we request it on the manager by returning the used ones.
- We remove our garbage before checking out.
- We use our personal towel in order to sit or lay by the pool area
WHAT WE MUSN’T DO
- We do not come in contact with people who have symptoms of a respiratory infection (cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat).
- We avoid crowded areas, indoors or outdoors, other room visits and using sun beds without a towel.
- We strictly avoid visits to hospitalized patients.
- We strictly avoid contact with people belonging to a vulnerable group. If this is not possible, we strictly follow all the measures of personal hygiene (very good and meticulous hand washing, use of a mask or keeping a distance of at least 2 meters).
